- Eligibility for Store Credit
a. To be eligible for store credit, the product must be returned within 21 days from the date of delivery.
b. The product must be in its original condition, unused, and with all accessories, manuals, and packaging intact.
c. Proof of purchase, such as the order number or receipt and a validator must be provided. - Process for Returning a Product
a. Contact our customer support team within 21 days of receiving the product to initiate the return process. They will guide you through the necessary steps.
b. Pack the product securely in its original packaging, ensuring that it is protected during transit.
c. Ship the product back to us using a reliable and trackable shipping method. The cost of return shipping will be borne by the customer. - Evaluation and Issuance of Store Credit
a. Once we receive the returned product, our quality control team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria mentioned above.
b. If the product passes the inspection, a store credit equivalent to the purchase price, excluding any shipping fees or discounts, will be issued to your account.
c. The store credit will be available for immediate use and can be used towards the purchase of any other product on our website. - Exclusions
a. Certain products, such as items on sale or clearance, may not be eligible for store credit returns. This will be clearly stated on the product page at the time of purchase.
b. Products that have been damaged due to misuse, negligence, or unauthorized modifications will not be eligible for store credit returns. - Store Credit Usage
a. Store credit can be used for the full or partial payment of any product on our website.
b. If the value of the store credit is higher than the purchase price of the new product, the remaining balance will be stored in your account for future use.
c. Store credit cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another individual.
